Privacy Policy — Evolve: Solar Age

Evolve: Solar Age ("the game") is developed and self-published by [Seybakh Studios] ("we"). This policy describes what actually happens to data when you play.

The short version

• The game has no account system and no game server. Your progress stays on your device.
• We — the developer — do not collect, store, or receive any personal data on our own systems.
• The game shows ads through Google AdMob and sells optional items through Google Play Billing. Those Google services process some device data as described below, under your consent choices.

Data stored only on your device

• Game progress (resources, stages, upgrades, settings) in local app storage, plus a local recovery copy that protects your save from corruption.
• Purchase entitlements (e.g. whether you own Remove Ads) so your items work offline.
• Deleting the app's data or uninstalling removes all of this. The in-game reset option also erases progress.

Advertising (Google AdMob)

The game shows optional rewarded ads and occasional interstitial ads (removable with the Remove Ads purchase). To serve ads, the Google Mobile Ads SDK processes data such as: your device's advertising ID, IP address (which can imply approximate location), device information, and ad-interaction diagnostics. Google acts per its own privacy policy: policies.google.com/privacy.

Consent: where required (e.g. EEA/UK), a consent dialog (Google UMP) appears before ads and you can choose personalized ads, non-personalized ads, or manage options. You can change your choice anytime in Settings → Privacy inside the game. You can also reset or delete your advertising ID in Android system settings.

Purchases (Google Play)

Optional in-app purchases are processed entirely by Google Play Billing. We never see or store your payment details. Purchase records are managed by Google Play per Google's privacy policy; the game only stores your ownership state locally.

What we do NOT do

• No account creation, no login, no profile.
• No analytics service, no crash-reporting service, no data sold or shared by us with anyone.
• No access to contacts, photos, files, camera, microphone, or precise location. The game requests no sensitive Android permissions (network access only).
• No messages, chat, or user-generated content.

Children

The game is intended for players 13 and older. It is not directed at children, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from children. Ads are configured accordingly.

Data deletion

Everything the game itself stores is on your device: uninstall the app or clear its data to delete it. For data processed by Google (advertising), use the consent options in Settings → Privacy, reset your advertising ID, or see Google's privacy controls.
